1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the eg 333 platform and all its services. By accessing the platform or registering an account, you are considered to have voluntarily accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any term, you are asked not to use the platform.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on eg 333 and take part in any gaming or betting activity, you must be at least 21 years old. If an underage account is identified, it will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, they will be closed and any bonuses or winnings may be cancelled. The same outcome applies if a proxy, VPN, or any other method is used to hide an IP address.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

The name, mobile number and other details provided at registration must be accurate and your own. If an account is opened with false information, it may be suspended or permanently closed during verification.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposits below this limit are not possible.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframe

The same methods apply for withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours, though this may take longer due to the verification process.

3.3 Withdrawal Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, the wagering requirement for that bonus must be met. For example, before withdrawing the welcome bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. eg 333 reserves the right to hold large withdrawal requests from accounts that have not completed verification.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000; before withdrawing the bonus, ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

Bonuses are granted according to the specific terms of each promotion. The following applies to all bonuses:

• A bonus applies to one account only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable after the wagering requirement is met.
• If misuse of any promotion is detected, eg 333 has the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.
• The specified time limits and conditions for claiming bonuses must be followed.

4.3 VIP Program

5 Gaming and Betting Rules

5.1 Fair Use

All games on the eg 333 platform are run fairly and transparently. Players may not use any form of manipulation, software bots, automation tools or other unethical methods. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed.

5.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error in any game produces an incorrect result, eg 333 reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet. eg 333 will not be responsible for any bet lost due to a connection failure.

5.3 Betting Limits

Specific minimum and maximum bet limits are set for different games and betting markets. These limits are shown on the relevant game page, and eg 333 reserves the right to change them at any time.

5.4 Right to Void Bets

If an event or game is suspended, cancelled or completed under abnormal circumstances, eg 333 may void the relevant bets and refund the stake. The player will be notified separately in such cases.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the eg 333 platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Making transactions using another person's account or payment method.
• Attempting to exploit loopholes in the bonus system for unfair advantage.
• Opening multiple accounts to collect bonuses.
• Unauthorised use or copying of the platform's software or data.
• Threatening, harassing or insulting other players or staff.
• Submitting fraudulent identity documents.

Involvement in any of the above activities may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of the associated balance, and legal action if necessary.

12 Account Closure and Service Changes

12.1 Closure at the Player's Request

These Terms and any dispute with the eg 333 platform will be governed by the applicable law. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved through discussion. If discussion does not lead to a resolution, the appropriate legal process will be followed.

If any part of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, that part will be removed and the remaining Terms will continue in full effect.
